So far, HallowedFantasy is the best Pixelmon server out there. It has a create community, and very friendly staff. The spawn rates are great, so you don't have to worry about overpopulation or underpopulation. And there are decent legendary spawns.

This is by far the best Pixelmon Servers i've ever played. I recommend this to anyone looking fun yet challenging experience.

This server is AMAZING. Everyone on here is really kind and helpful. The staff are awesome and the rules are fair, there are frequent events unlike other servers. Another cool feature is the vote shop, every vote you get a token which you can use to get items in the online vote shop! I adore this server :D

The staff is great and they seem really passionate on what they do which makes you feel more confident and comfortable.
It does not have many players which is actually better for the players that are playing because pokemons spawn more.

Everything about the server is great including shiny starters, gym leaders, economy, etc. I like how there's always someone on the server. This is a really friendly server.

I like the idea of this server more than the actual product. It is pretty pay to win, no question there, but the playerbase reminds me of... children... It's children and a few people who either paid for the stuff or got it for free from the staff, and they pretty much run the show. It's very clique based and not very welcoming, I feel like I might as well do singleplayer.
The server replied:
We are sorry that you had a bad experience, but to say that our server is pay to win is entirely false. Yes, we do sell perfect IV Pixelmon on our website as a way to support the server, but it is also VERY easy to acquire them in-game through normal playing through our sped up breeding and hatching times and frequent Mystery Gifts. We also do giveaways on our Discord regularly with rare and sometimes exclusive perfect IV shiny Pixelmon. Furthermore, we have lots of players on our server who do breeding requests (some of which are even free!), and with our 2 EV Training Facilities, it is not very hard at all to get a perfect competitive Pixelmon in short time.

Awful... just.... I don't even have the words.
Their tournaments are impossible to have a chance in because everyone has max IVs and EVs from their shop. I went to the drop party on 12/9 and it was absolute chaos. People got next to nothing then complained, and I can't blame them. It was terrible.
The server replied:
We are sorry that you had a bad experience, but if it was hard for you to win a tournament that's not our fault. Everyone is on a level playing field, and it is very easy on our server compared to any other server out there to breed and train a competitive Pixelmon for a tournament. If you tried, you could have a team ready in just a couple of hours, probably even less. More people breed and train their Pixelmon than people who buy them.
As for Drop Parties, I can see your point about that because sometimes people lag because of their internet (which I know the feeling of) or their PC not being able to handle all the players and items. We are working on a fix for this and it will be implemented soon!

My friend suggested kiv suggested this server while we were playing League. I told him I'd try it. Here is a review.
Pros +
Shop and Spawn are nice, but they say it's getting updated soon.
RTP works better than some other servers.
Cons -
Very few players and when there are some they are rude.
Might as well be single player.
Disabled crafting recipes.
Reliance on broken economy.
Apparently they have had issues with their staff in the past, but I only ever saw one online and he ignored me.
Weighted tournaments.
Pay to win.
Overall, I'm sure I'll find a better server to go to, because this one was not worth staying on.
