Because the server is being hosted on my own computer, it won't always be up, as I'm not always home/online. If you would like to play on the server and it is appearing offline please feel free to contact me via discord (twerg45#0348) and I will get back to you as soon as possible. This is like... just a casual server between friends, and I'd love to have more people join us :) I'm working on adding gyms and shops, but I won't always have time to work on it. and no, I'm not accepting mod applications.
