This is a hardcore community, there is NO TPA, NO FREEBIES, HUNGER ENABLED. This server provides a real experience of the Pixelmon Mod. Nothing is given to you for free. Everyone is equal.
Do any of you miss the old days of Pixelmon? No spawning in with everything handed to you on a silver platter. Do you miss the real grind of Pixelmon... I certainly do. I have been searching for a server that is a complete vanilla feel, I have yet to find one...
I bring to you, PokeVanilla. A hardcore vanilla-styled pixelmon server with a no pay to win aspect. There is no buying keys, no freebies, no unlocking legendaries or special perks. A simple friendly community where we all share a common interest; the love and grind for pixelmon. If you are interested in being a part of this community, join the discord that is linked below.
Again, this a complete vanilla feel. You spawn in with nothing but your level 5 starter pokemon and a golden shovel to claim your beloved home. No shops, no P2W kits, no tpa, no P2W crates. Only 1 sethome.

Probably the closest you will get to "Vanilla Pixelmon" on a server. It can be a bit of grind when you are first getting started since there is no starter kits, level grinders, kits, ev trainers, shiny ha starters, or all the other junk modern pixelmon servers have but it makes it all the more rewarding to catch and train mon in a legitimate fashion and not have a full level 100 ev trained team by the second day on the server like other places.
Pros:
-Vanilla gameplay so everything is earned including levels, Pokemon, evs, ivs.
-Donation store is non existent so a wallet warrior can't just purchase legends or dream pokemon
Cons:
-Early game can be a nightmare your best bet is abandoning your starter and catching wild mons with crafted ultra balls
-Crafting and resource gathering is a grind fest (this might actually be a pro depending on who you ask)
-A lot of quality of life Minecraft server commands are disabled like /tpa and you only get 1 /home.

what the heck you call yourself vanilla pixelmon while you need another mod that deletes the vanilla experience from pixelmon I thought I could have fun playing a vanilla server but no you have to ruin it by adding a stupid mod that changes the world and ruins the spawning of pokemon I hate this server and you should too if you play It know that you won't like it at all this server sucks

Don't join expecting to have shinies or legendaries handed to you, this is a actual majority vanilla experience, a very friendly and helpful community, many members are willing to help you get set up and just are overall nice people. Challenging while also being fun and it has a very nice balance of both vanilla base game grinding and pixelmon activities too. Staff and owners are very nice and helpful, and for most of the time they will be online. I hope to see you playing with us :)

I thoroughly love the Pixelmon Vanilla server. The community is great and chill, and the antics are very fun. We also do weekly events to encourage community behavior.

Its a great Vanilla server and the community is friendly and helpful, I am a gymleader on there and the grind is loads of fun.

This server is great! I have been in 3 servers so far, this one was by far the easiest to get started in. The community is lovely and helpful and the world isn't cluttered!
I am not a fan of the clear feature and I wish we had a higher spawn rate, but other than that I am really happy with this server :)

This server has been a joy to play on since the start. The owner is one of the nicest people you can meet, and it shows by how friendly the vibe is. There are NO p2w functions on the server, or blatant advertising for ridiculous things such as "server ranks" which grant the player commands and other benefits to get ahead of others. No, this server has none of that. Ranks are purely cosmetic, and you get one home. That's it. Anything else you have is earned through hard work or trading.
A very refreshing experience that I would recommend to anyone wanting to experience Pixelmon for the first time (and to veterans as well!)

I've been playing Pixelmon since 2012, and been through a lot of servers since then. But this is the first server that's really caught my eye, and made me want to stay.
The server is really fun, and really brings back that feeling of the good old days. The community is absolutely wonderful, and the staff team are very helpful and kind.
This server is the only one that you can truly call non P2W. While there is a "VIP" rank in their store, it's purely only for cosmetics and doesn't bring any perks or bonuses whatsoever.
I'd MOST DEFINITELY, recommend this server to anyone who's looking for a true pixelmon experience, and for a good time. This server is truly the best.

Excellent server, great staff, and a friendly community.
Best of all there is a "True pixelmon vanilla experience" feels like the old days in pixelmon, with no pay to win aspect.
Would recommend to anyone searching for a place to learn about pokemon or just enjoy pixelmon in its best form.

Amazing server, amazing staff, amazing community.
Huge fan of the entire atmosphere and gameplay experience provided by Pokevanilla, and have greatly enjoyed all of my time there. Look forward to the future growth, and encourage any and all who enjoy the vanilla Pixelmon experience to join!

One of the better servers that I've played in a long time, the vanilla aspect of the server is a fresh feel to playing Pixelmon that hasn't been felt in a while. The community of the server are always up for a good laugh and have great spirits about the vanilla aspect (i.e chance of losing items when you die.) If you are trying to find your love of simple Pixelmon again I highly recommend this server.

Friendly community, helpful staff, truly captures the vanilla feel of Pixelmon. Highly recommend you give it a try if you want to experience Pixelmon in it's purest form.
No pay to win, only cosmetic stuff is added in ranks that can be obtained by voting or donating. No advantages gained through donating money.

This server is honestly one of the best I have joined. It is vanilla, non pay to win, and still new. Lots of friendly people, and gives the authentic feeling of a whitelist server but is public, definitely would recommend.
